CTAC bay named in honor of Triumph Foods and Daily’s Premium Meats

Today, Missouri Western State University is pleased to announce that a new industrial area under construction in the Convergent Technology Alliance Center (CTAC) will be named in honor of two leading businesses in the meat industry. The Triumph Foods and Daily's Premium Meats Industrial Technology Bay will recognize the enduring impact the meatpacking industry has had on the region’s history – and will be an integral part of the applied learning labs that will be used for industry innovation for years to come.

Triumph Foods, Midwest Farmers Challenge Constitutionality of Massachusetts Question 3

Triumph Foods filed a lawsuit in Massachusetts federal district court challenging the constitutionality of the state law known as Question 3 (Q3) and, in turn, similar laws like it, including California’s Proposition 12 (Prop 12). Christensen Farms Midwest, LLC, The Hanor Company of Wisconsin, LLC, New Fashion Pork, LLP, and Eichelberger Farms, Inc., also joined the suit as plaintiffs, along with the Allied Producers’ Cooperative, a group of smaller Midwest farmers.

UFCW selects Triumph Foods to host OSHA, highlight safety program, best practices

Triumph Foods and United Food and Commercial Workers Union (UFCW) Local 2 today welcomed a delegation from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) to Triumph’s St. Joseph facility. UFCW Local 2 selected Triumph to host OSHA Assistant Secretary of Labor Douglas L. Parker for a tour of the facility to showcase Triumph’s safety record.

Triumph Foods launches tuition reimbursement program for team members

Triumph Foods is helping team members further their education at colleges and universities in Northwest Missouri. Starting immediately, Triumph team members who meet specific requirements will be eligible to apply for tuition reimbursement for courses at Missouri Western State University, Hillyard Technical Center, Northwest Missouri State University or University of Missouri – Kansas City. Each eligible employee could receive up to $5,250 in tuition reimbursed per year.
