How many people make up Triumph’s workforce?

Approximately 2,850 people make up Triumph Foods’ widely diverse employee base. With over 23 languages spoken under our roof every day, we love and support the diversity our employees.

Where do Triumph’s hogs come from?

The majority of our market hogs come from our owners. A small portion come from local producers through the open market.

Triumph Foods is the 2nd largest employer in the St. Joseph area with a payroll of over $130 million dollars to St. Joseph area citizens, annually. We are also the 2nd highest contributor to the St. Joseph School District funding through property taxes and direct contribution to programming.  Triumph Foods has contributed millions of dollars to Buchanan County and St. Joseph area not-for-profit organizations and events since the company’s opening.
