Triumph Foods and St. Joseph Mustangs introducing new mascot

(ST. JOSEPH, Mo.) Triumph Foods and the St. Joseph Mustangs teaming up to promote their new mascot, Big T, a tenderloin representing the baseball team.

Tenderloins are a staple in St. Joseph cuisine, so the Mustangs decided to take it to the next level and introduce Big T, a tenderloin mascot who will be around the Mustangs and Phil Welch Stadium.

Big T will make another appearance at the Mustangs Fan Fest on Tuesday, May 28th at 5 pm at the Phil Welch Stadium. And also when the mustangs become their alter egos…The St. Joseph Tenderloins
