Triumph Foods launches tuition reimbursement program for team members
ST. JOSEPH, Mo. (February 1, 2023) – Triumph Foods is helping team members further their education at colleges and universities in Northwest Missouri. Starting immediately, Triumph team members who meet specific requirements will be eligible to apply for tuition reimbursement for courses at Missouri Western State University, Hillyard Technical Center, Northwest Missouri State University or University of Missouri – Kansas City. Each eligible employee could receive up to $5,250 in tuition reimbursed per year.

To be eligible for the tuition reimbursement program, Triumph team members must be employed full-time, with at least six months of service and in good standing regarding attendance and performance. Courses and tuition will be approved by Triumph’s human resources department. Courses must be taken when the team member is not working, and they must earn a grade in each course of C or above to be eligible for tuition reimbursement. This program does not cover expenses outside of tuition such as books or admissions fees.
