As the leader in producing the safest, highest quality pork products, Triumph Foods only sources market hogs that satisfy it’s rigorous production requirements for:

  • Proper swine nutrition from specific feed ingredients;
  • Food safety and avoidance of antibiotic residues;
  • Lean carcasses with a firm, white fat covering; and
  • Traceability and source verification

In addition, to meet our pork customers’ retail labeling requirements, all market hogs delivered to Triumph must be born and raised in the United States.

All producers must be certified in the National Pork Board’s Pork Quality Assurance Plus (PQA Plus) program, and to further ensure proper animal handling and welfare, all truck drivers must be certified in the National Pork Board’s Transport Quality Assurance (TQA) program.
